Online Survey's Decipher Funded

What do you do if you believe the quality of your work will suffer if you outsource to India but you are priced too high if you set your HQ in the Bay Area? Move to California's central valley. That's what the founders of online survey startup Decipher did in when it founded the company in 2000. It seems to have paid off as the company has been able to increase its headcount to about 50 people and expects to bill $10M in revenues this year to over 100 clients.

Fresno's Decipher has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from DCA Capital Partners. Decipher says they met the folks at DCA Capital Partners at the 2006 Central Valley Venture Forum in Fresno where the company won the “Best in Show” competition.
