Samsung Invests In Outsourced Manufacturing's Surus

We always take notice when a giant international corporation takes a strategic investments in a smallish vendor. in this case, Samsung has invested an undisclosed amount in Mountain View-based Serus. The startup develops software for distributed and outsourced manufacturing. Samsung chipped in $2M. This follows an $8M Series C round last July led by OVP Venture Partners.
