GeoLearning Raises $31M From Fidelity

Fidelity Ventures has put $31M into Iowa's GeoLearning the startup's first institutional investment. GeoLearning sells on-demand education course-ware to corporations and claims over 500 clients. Founded in 1997 and with over 200 employees, GeoLearning says it did $24.7M in revenues in 2007. The company has plenty of competition but has been around so long its has build the killer client list as well as a library of course-ware that makes it tough on the competition.
