BabyStyle Throws The Baby Out With Chapter 11 Filing

babysyle.png
Having raised $140M, eStyle (aka BabyStyle) has filed for bankruptcy. The company launched as an eCommerce site selling baby and maternity clothes and along the way launched some offline storefronts. The current plan it seems is to shutter the offline stores and see if BabyStyle can slog through on-line only.

The primary backers here are Oak Investment Partnersand GRP Partners .
