Stealth Ad Tool-Maker AdMeld Raises $5M In 1st Round

NYC's AdMeld has secured $5M of a $6M Series A-1 round, says PEHub. Backers are Foundry Group and Spark Capital. We had heard that the company's founders were meeting with publishers on the East coast to pitch their ad optimization platform, which is still in stealth mode.

We will report again when they have a product we can get our hands on to review.

The company's founding team is led by President Ben Barokas who was with JumpTV and CTO Brian Adams who was also with JumpTV.
