Doc SocNet IMedExchange To Launch With $2.5M In Angel Funding

IMedExchange is launching this month with $2.5M in angel funding. It plans to create a place where doctors can exchange medical advice, business tips and social chat. The network is open only to practicing physicians.
All but two of the 40 angel investors in the round are physicians. An additional 225 doctors received a small equity stake in the startup as part of joining the company's advisory network.
CEO Tobin Arthur founded IMedExchange one year and a half back. His startup will launch as an also ran to Sermo which has raised $26.7M.
Here's the nut graph to us - it expects to reach CPM rates of $60 to $100. Are you kidding?

$60-100 CPM to reach verified practicing physicians? Sounds like a bargain.
