Honolulu's Twitter News Service Ginx Raises $2M

ginx.png
eBay founder Pierre Omidyar lives large. He has homes in Paris and Vegas but these days calls Obama-town Honolulu home. And yet he clearly gets an Internet connection on the Island and is working on a Twitter-based startup called Ginx, which has been blessed with $2M in funding, says PEhub. Omidyar is listed as an exec, along with a former eBay GM Randy Ching, whose LinkedIn profile says simply "Smelling the roses."

The startup product is in closed Alpha but they seem to be making software that helps you manage the Twittersphere, and perhaps other types of products.
