Cisco Invests in Cloud Computing's Majitek

Australia's Majitek, which sells cloud computing software, has raised $7.5M. Cisco led the round, and was joined by return backer Pierce & Pierce.
We are happy to see that Majitek is a reunion tour by the management of Sausage Software, which, in 1996, was the first Internet company to go public in Australia. Sausage grew to 1200 employees and a market cap of $1.7B.
You would think that with $7.5M and the Sausage team that they could build a Web site that doesn't suck, but not so here. Its very hard to see the vision here other than the fact that that Majitek is being built by the Sausage team.
