eCommerce Conversion Firm SeeWhy Raises $4.5M

Boston's SeeWhy is focused on site conversion with its Abandonment Tracker family of “on demand” services. SeeWhy re-markets to abandoned visitors and claims it re-converts up to 50% of visitors who abandon their shopping carts, online forms, applications and registrations.
If it works as promised and is not too difficult to implement, it could be a lay-up. Why not use a product that could help you convert more visitors? It costs a good amount to get visitors to your eCommerce site so if you are earning a reasonable amount an 5% or 10% bump would justify the costs of SeeWhy.
SeeWhy has just raised $4.5M in funding from Scottish Equity Partners, Logispring, and Pentech Ventures. The startup also got a new CEO Scott Silk, who was CEO of Action Engines.
