Punchbowl Buys Skeleton of I'm In's Mancation Tool

Im in.png
Punchbowl Software out of Framingham, MA, which has set-up as an Evite alternative, has acquired I’m In!, a site for group travel and local trip ideas used by bros or BFFs as they travel to Las Vegas or Miami. No financial terms were disclosed. Punchbowl had raised over $2.1M in VC funding from Contour Venture Partners, Intel Capital and eCoast Angels.

I'm In's founders and management have thrown in the towell and will not work for Punchbowl. Punchbowl’s founder and CEO Matt Douglas says the local search tools created by I’m In enable MyPunchbowl to launch a new local vendor portal where party planners can connect with small businesses.
