Remote Imaging's VisualShare Funded

visualshare.png
VisualShare has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from the Salt Lake Life Science Angels. VisualShare sells a SaaS program for Web-based multi-user image collaboration. VisualShare builds applications for organizations that need to share images, conduct reviews and document results. One of VisualShare's initial markets is Tele-health applications for geographically distant communities.

The company is led by Patricia Goede, President and CEO, who previously built WebVision, a biomedical and research reference tools site, which she launched as a project at the University of Utah.
