Germany's Brands4friends.de Invests In UK's SecretSales
Shopping club Brands4friends.de, based in Berlin, has made an investment in similar site SecretSales, although they are not disclosing.
If you are not familiar with either company, they boast that in the two years since it has been founded, brands4friends.de has annual revenues of €80M
In the UK, SecretSales competes with the likes of Brand Alley, Vente Privee, Cocosa and The Outnet.
In November 2008, Brands4friends, raised over €10M in third-round funding recently. The round was led by Partech International, joined by Mangrove Capital Partners and Holtzbrinck Ventures.
